Man cannot live on bread alone...
so we made garlic bread!
The Garlic Bread Company Ltd. is a Canadian manufacturer and wholesaler of garlic bread and toast products. Founded in 2008, our company has kneaded quality since inception. We have since expanded to both the Canadian and US market. Manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility, our mouth-watering products have hit some of North Americas largest national retail chains and the food service industry. Our promise is to deliver bread so good that even your butter will fall in love with it.

Can I thaw and refreeze my product?It is not recommended. Repeated thawing and freezing of the product will degrade product quality and shelf life.

What is the recommended storage temperature of the products?Product quality is best achieved by freezing products until use.

What is the shelf life of the products?Product can be stored for up to 12 months at frozen temperature (-18°C).

Can I store my product at room temperature?It is not recommended. Products can hold at room temperature for approximately three days, but this is not recommended.

Should I bake products from frozen?It is recommended that the product be allowed to thaw for 30 minutes prior to baking to allow for separation of slices.

At what temperature should I bake the products?Oven should be preheated to 425°F. Product should be removed from packaging and placed garlic side up. Bake on middle rack for 4-7 minutes or until lightly browned.

Do you allow your products to be sold online?We do not currently sell our products online, but we are always looking for innovative ways to bring our product to consumers and are open to making new partnerships with interested parties.

Are you in a nut-free facility?While we do not have any nuts in our facility and do not produce any products with nut or nut-based products, we have not undergone any certification process to validate our nut-free status.
